Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement — DIY Program

This is not a substitute for an unrepresented ('for sale by owner') sale. By enrolling, you are entering into an Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with Found It LLC, and your property will be listed on the MLS the same as any traditionally represented listing.

Under the DIY program, you manage your own listing description, photos, and open house schedule directly through this dashboard, and can monitor offer activity on your property in real time. Found It LLC remains your listing broker of record and is available to assist at any point.

The flat fee for the DIY program is $3,000, due at closing. No fee is due if the property does not sell during the listing term.

You may convert to the Full Service program at any time. Once you convert, the DIY flat fee no longer applies — pricing instead follows Found It LLC's standard Full Service fee schedule, the same schedule used on Found It LLC's AI-guided real estate platform, and a Found It LLC agent will take a more active role in managing your listing, pricing strategy, and negotiations.
