Full Service pricing follows a flat fee based on your home's price band. There is no percentage commission, no fee due up front, and no fee at all if your sale doesn't close.

$0 – $450,000: $6,750

$450,001 – $600,000: $10,500

$600,001 – $800,000: $13,500

$800,001 – $1,200,000: $18,000

$1,200,001+: $25,000

Price bands include their upper figure: a $450,000 sale falls in the first band, and $450,001 falls in the second. The fee is determined by the price the home actually sells for, not by the price it is listed at.

The flat-fee tiered pricing model offered through this site is a program of the Craig Steel Team at Found It LLC, led by Craig Steel (Utah license #3105428-SA00).
